Lameness Evaluation
Lameness Examinations are used to judge where a horse is sore based on a systematic evaluation of their musculoskeletal system. In horses, many problems with lameness begin in the foot. Dr. Will uses this soundness examination practice to determine where the problem area is likely located. This not only helps to determine the issue and a proper treatment plan; it also guides Dr. Will to know which diagnostic tests may give the answers needed for treatment.
